I have always had a creative spirit. Taking a ball of clay and creating something functional seems magical to me. Bright primary colors have always awakened my joy I also love the calm colors of the Salish Sea and our surrounding Puget Sound.

After crafting a form on the wheel, I wait patiently for the kiln to work its magic. When I open the kiln I am sometimes surprised at what comes out. Those surprises help me develop new design ideas and growth in my work.
